How do I know if the item I am buying is new or resale?
All resale items are labeled as resale. Please read your items description for full details.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, depending on which state you are making your purchase from.
What payment methods are accepted?

Do you accept PayPal?
Duh! Of course we do silly goose.
Can we take Order Over The Phone?

What size should I buy?
Check out our Sizing Chart page for approximate sizing of all of our clothing. All clothing can vary in sizing from style to style and between Men and Women.
What do you recommend when washing clothing?

How Do You Ship Your Orders?
All Orders within the United States or International are shipped through the U.S. Postal service, Fedex, or UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Domestic (US):
$5.95 flat rate
*Free shipping available for orders of $50 or more.
Standard (3-5 Days) Domestic (US):
$5.95 (up to 10lbs of merchandise)
Over 10lbs will be adjusted according to shipping method
International (Non-US):
$25 (up to 3lbs of merchandise)
$50 (3-6lbs of merchandise)
$70 (6-10lbs of merchandise)
How long will it take to receive my order?
All merchandise usually leaves our wharhouse within 48 hours(2 days) of placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please consult the UPS or USPS website for shipping transit times. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days please email us at support@thredzofftheracks.com.
My package says it has been delivered on USPS website, but I didn't get anything. What should I do?
If this happens please email us but don’t be too worried. This sometimes happens as an order is confirmed of delivery before its dropped off. Again, please email us for any issues or concerns at support@thredzofftheracks.com.
What if an item is out of stock?
If a item is currently out of stock, Thredz Off The Racks will notify you by email. In such a case, we will attemp to have the goods shipped directly from our manufacture. If we are unable to do so we whill ship out your goods once we have them back in stock.
What does (Preorder Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.
Is it possible to pickup an order in person?
If you decide you would like to pickup your order in person, please notify us for confirmation by email. However, majority of the requests will be referred to ship packages through mail.
Can I return an Item?
Yes. In such a case please view the shipping & returns policies. Any returns or exchanges will be processed through email. *All Returns and exchanges are only accepted in same condition as item was sold and within 30 days of purchase*.
